site idea

I wonder, would it be a good idea to start a R.E.M. Portal just like my Pearl
Jam portal (see sig, needs updating)?
There are so many good R.E.M. sites, but most are almost secrets... hard to find
until you find a link here or on another site.

I think that's a great idea. And, wow, that Pearl Jam portal has a lot

I think that's a great idea. And, wow, that Pearl Jam portal has a lot
of links!

It's easy. Just go to http://www.start4all.com/ and ask to be maintainer of
http://rem.start4all.com (doesn't exist yet, of course). Then start building. If
I didn't have too many things on my mind already I'd do it myself.
I hope someone (or maybe a small group of people) can set it up. Making it is
the most work. After that, it's a matter of adding new links or categories and
deleting dead links.
